Reynolds Bell has been involved in the Thoroughbred industry for over 30 years principally as a bloodstock agent and consultant. Formerly general manager of Mill Ridge Farm from 1981-1991, Bell was responsible for the syndication of Gone West and Diesis while there. Bell relocated Unbridled to Claiborne Farm in the mid 90's and assisted with the stallion's syndication. He established Reynolds Bell Thoroughbred Services, LLC in 1992 where provides a variety of services such as public and private purchases, appraisals, and individual consulting. Bell is currently the Chairman of the Thoroughbred Owners & Breeders Association, a member of the Breeders' Cup Board of Directors, a Steward of the Jockey Club, a Director of the NTRA, and past President of the Thoroughbred Club of America. Reynolds was born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky. He graduated from DePauw University with a degree in computer
science. Shortly thereafter, Reynolds worked at Mill Ridge Farm for two years where he learned all facets of farm life with an emphasis on working with mares in the foaling season and prepping yearlings for the various yearling sales. Reynolds has always had a love for horse racing from his many trips to Keeneland as a youngster. As a result, he is very proficient in analyzing racing form and ability. Reynolds joined RBTS in December of 2004 and is in charge of our Racing Acquisitions Department.

Lorna MathewsExecutive AssistantLorna joined RBTS in February of 1997 when she relocated to Kentucky. She grew up in the State of Illinois where she spent 20+ years of her adult life involved in the Standardbred race horse business. With her 12 years of service to Reynolds Bell as his executive assistant, she co-ordinates and oversees the many facets of his business.
