9/4: LOQUACIOUS scratched
LOQUACIOUS has been scratched from today's race at Saratoga because the race did not come off the turf.

7/31: LOQUACIOUS runs 3rd
LOQUACIOUS broke well and inherited the lead. He steadily set a solid pace of 23.76, 48.31, and 1:12.61 while leading by a length. Maragh let him out on the second turn as he opened up on the field by two lengths. LOQUACIOUS put forth a game effort, but could not hold off the winner, Admiral Alex, and was just caught at the wire to miss second place as he ran third, defeated by 1 1/2 lengths.
